The KCS Coach Workshop is designed to provide Coaches with tools and techniques to perform coaching activities for knowledge workers and to enact a coaching plan. This training is aimed at developing practical coaching skills and techniques in a KCS environment.

Who should attend

This training is intended for support coaches, KCS coaches, and Intelligent swarming coaches, as well as for Team Leaders and managers or anyone aspiring for a coaching role.


KCS v6 Fundamentals or KCS v6 Practices workshop is strongly recommended but not required.

Duration: 2 days (7h per day).

Language: Training course and materials are written in English. The instructor teaches in English.
